The Quest series is Bugsai’s line of sea kayaks based on world renowned Greenland style kayaks, known for their speed, comfort, safety, and voyage making capability. The Freedom series is an open cockpit kayak. Still using the same general Quest hull shape, but with an open cockpit that some paddlers prefer. Ideal for new paddlers, as well as resorts looking for rental kayaks. The Freedom series are not a Sit on Top (SOT) kayaks as the paddler's seat is below the waterline, allowing for a lower center of gravity and therefore better stability than a SOT kayak of the same width. Rudder option available, and also available in single and tandem versions.
